• We conduct programmes to spred awareness about Beti Bachao Programme.
• We promote women’s empowerment, safeguard, their rights and to seek justice. Arrange seminars for working labour women, explain their Rights and duties.

Savitribai Jyotiba Phule Schedule Caste Girl’s Hostel

Since for 2014- 15 Ishwari Sharda Mahila Mandal, Parbhani Tq. & District Parbhani Has continued hostel for scheduled castes & other Backward communities student continued it till this year at. Balsa Area Pingali Road, Parbhani Tq. & Dist. Parbhani (MS) Ishwari Sharda Mahila Mandal, Parbhani Tq. & Dist. Parbhani has admitted 100 nos. of SC Gilr’s students permanently.Organization has providing education facilities like Reading Room, Library,Education kits Ishwari Sharda Mahila Mandal, Parbhani is providing all the facilities and taking the care of Meals, breakfast & health of all of these students.

The sport facilitiws like kabbadi, Kho-Kho, chess etc are providing them.

Research Study on Labour Womens

The objective of this programme is to provide a common form to professionals for sharing up to date knowledge on various technical issues related to environment and to create environment awareness about specific issues. Our organization had organized research study on labour women in India and focuses on women empowerment.

Seminar on Women Labour their Rights, Duties and Problems

* To impart practical knowledge about the basic legal rights and remedies provided under various laws, there by making them fit to face the challenges in resale life situation.

* To make various machinery’s / organs of the justice delivery system available for redress of their problems/ grievances.

* The procedure of approaching and utilizing various channels available for the reprisal of grievances i.e. the police, the Executive and the judiciary.

* The role of courts and achieving equality most importantly the concept of public interest litigation.

* To sensitize women and girls about their rights and duties.

Book Fair Exhibition

Young people are important to society in that both their physical and mental energy is that back bone of the progress of a community, hence they have to be encouraged and assisted to become mature and responsible for contributing members to society.

The aims of this exhibition is to promoting a spirit of secularisms and national integration, unity in diversity, pride in Indian ness among youth of different parts of the country and to receive education and knowledge about Indian culture, freedom struggle, construction of India, five year plans and schemes for weaker sections, protection of environment, population control and the latest.

Child Labour Eraducation Seminar

The Eshwari Sharada Mahila Mandal, Parbhani imparts training to welfare functionaries of other NGO’s at all levels. We have a very good team of experienced resource persons for this purpose.

Besides we train rural and poor children in welfare and development areas. Our aim is to inculcate among them a sense of the need of preserving their environment. The organization organized child labour eradications camp in small hamlets and villages and convince them.

Independence Day Celebration

On 15 August 2020 the Independence Day was celebrated in the prenitses of President I.S.M.M. Parbhani M.S. The Staff members hosted the flag and some of the learners have also been participated.
